Château de Rêve — A Great Falls, VA Estate

A multi-acre estate in Great Falls, Virginia — designed as a single continuous environment from the front gate to the far edge of the property.

The design is organized along a central axis that begins at a 14-foot entrance gate on Riverbend Road and carries through a formal crape myrtle allée, a motor court, the home itself, and out into a custom zero-edge pool composition terminating at a classical pavilion with cascading waterfall.

The pool integrates an in-pool fire feature with seating for twelve, four corner fire-and-water bowls, four laminar water jets, a zero-edge glass spa, a tanning ledge with illuminated bubblers, a custom imported-glass-tile floral mosaic, and a secondary splash pool with floating stepping stones. The surrounding sandblasted marble terrace is detailed with a diamond pattern that defines outdoor rooms within the larger composition.

Designed for how this family lives — large-scale entertaining for hundreds of guests, and quiet daily use the rest of the year.
