The Mclean Modern Estate

(comming soon) A luxury modern estate outdoor environment currently in design for McLean, Virginia — conceived as a complete composition defined by clarity, balance, and precision.

The project is organized around a clean-lined rectangular pool with integrated sunken fire pit lounge, a minimalist covered pavilion with entertainment wall, and refined planting that extends the architecture into the landscape.

A different expression of luxury — not defined by scale, but by intention. Every line and transition considered.

Developed by Grow Landscapes as part of our estate design process, carried through to construction across McLean, Great Falls, Potomac, and Northern Virginia.
